Parker Milner has signed a one-year deal with the Hershey Bears according to a release. The announcement was made by VP of Hockey Operations Bryan Helmer.
Milner, who sports a melting chocolate themed mask, spent a majority of last season with the South Carolina Stingrays and was instrumental in the Rays run to the Kelly Cup Finals.
He also appeared in 5 games for the Bears. He went 3-2, allowing two or less goals in all but one of his starts.
Milner is a native of Pittsburgh, PA and should return to South Carolina as Phoenix Copley and Vitek Vanecek appear to be the Hershey duo pending a trade, illness, or injury.
