Everything is on the line tonight for the South Carolina Stingrays in Manchester. After dropping the first two games of the best-of-seven series to the Monarchs in North Charleston, the Stingrays not only won the third game at home, but also won the first two on the road in Manchester before falling in Game 6. Game 7 is tonight.

While Game 6 was the most lopsided of the series, South Carolina has proven time and time again to be a very resilient club. They made a late push in the regular season to earn their place in the Kelly Cup Playoffs. From there, they overcame a 2-games-to-none deficit to the Swamp Rabbits in round 1. In the second round, Florida pushed the Rays to double overtime twice, but the Stingrays won the series in just five games. Here’s our recap for that series.

Rob Flick (10G, 8A) and Domenic Monardo (5G, 11A) are leading the way offensively for the Stingrays. Monardo is a name familiar to Hershey Bears fans as he was recalled this season.
Another familiar name to Bears fans is Parker Milner. Milner has a GAA of 2.12 and has made 487 saves through 17 games.
Should South Carolina win tonight, they would advance to the Kelly Cup Finals where the Colorado Eagles await after they dispatched of the Toledo Walleye in five games. The game in Manchester is slated to start at 7:00 tonight. #RaysYourGame
