Capitals “Break Down Day” Set for Friday

The Capitals will hold their annual end-of-season “break down day” on Friday. In addition to holding final meetings and player physicals, all Capitals players are scheduled to participate in their final media interviews.

All players will be available between 10 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.  The media sessions typically yield insight to specific injuries for each player. Head coach Barry Trotz will also meet with the media at 1:00 PM on Friday.

We should find out more regarding the injuries sustained by Alex Ovechkin and Marcus Johansson, and possibly learn about other, previously undisclosed injuries on the team.
