Capitals Daily Report: Back to the Steel City as the Caps Look to Steal one in Enemy Territory

The Washington Capitals are on a mission to bring the series back to the District on Wednesday night. Prior to tonight’s Game 6, the Capitals held a morning skate at PPG Paints Arena. Puck drop is 7:30 pm.

MORNING SKATE
Once again, Alex Ovechkin came onto the ice in a white jersey, indicating he will remain on the third line for the second straight game. Andre Burakovsky was on the top line. For the third straight game, Washington will go with seven defensemen. The Capitals lines for tonight:

Trevor Daley, who left Game 5 with a lower body injury after a collision with Tom Wilson, wasn’t on the ice for Pittsburgh’s morning skate and won’t play tonight. Chad Ruhwedel could be filling in for Daley. Brian Dumoulin wasn’t on the ice neither.

The ‘HBK’ line has reunited.
