Hershey Bears Advance to Atlantic Division Finals (Photos)

Wahoo! The Hershey Bears are on to the next round! After the Lehigh Valley Phantoms forced a Game 5 on Saturday, the Hershey Bears bounced back with a win on Sunday. Much like the Metropolitan Division in the NHL, the Atlantic Division is quite stacked and it’s a shame that the Phantoms are out in the first round. The boys will return to the Giant Center on their quest for the Calder Cup this weekend against the Providence Bruins.

Deep breaths Riley.

Stanislav Galiev nets the first goal of the game.

Oh yeah!

Some Bears’ fans in Allentown celebrate Stan’s goal.

Christian Thomas turns to see if his re-direct went in.

It did! Bears are up 2-0.

Getting ready for the second.

Aussie in the face off.

Riley Barber lines up the shot.

Stan trying to work some magic.

Assistant Coach Murphy draws up a play.

Colby Williams snaps in a beauty behind Martin Ouellette.

Alright Colby!

Not today, Martel. Not today.

The Bears win!

The boys are on to the next round.

Look at these guys.

Handshakes and smiley Pheonix.

Hockey is the greatest. One team wins, one team loses, but it always ends in handshakes and hugs.

They just moved on to the second round feeling.

Have I mentioned before how happy I am this guy is back? I did. Well, let me say it again. So glad you’re back Pheonix.
