Capitals Down Oilers, 2-1

The Capitals beat the Oilers, 2-1 Friday night at Verizon Center. The win raised the Capitals record to 41-12-7 (89 points). The Capitals next travel to Nashville to face the Predators on Saturday. Puck drop is 5:00 p.m.
