Riley Barber checks into the lineup for his first game since getting injured in November.
The Hershey Bears have found their stride again, earning points in their last eight games. It was good to see Riley Barber get back into the action, and he will certainly be a welcomed addition to the lineup. With some major points at stake, hopefully the boys can keep the momentum rolling for a 3 p.m. tilt against the Bridgeport Sound Tigers on Sunday. Ok, picture time!
I think Riley was pretty excited to be on the ice with the boys again.
Like really excited.
He’s been waiting awhile to check Liam into the glass.
So, he made the most of it.
Welcome back Riley!
Even when you’re a pro hockey player, you sometimes slip coming around the turn and slide into the boards, but it’s always a good laugh.
When you get angry that you missed the net in warmups, and you really want to slam your stick, but you realize there is a camera there so you stop midway through.
A “new” addition to the stretching line.
Lewington and Dietz have a laugh, and meanwhile in the background, Williams is playing goalie on Ness.
Tyler Lewington coming in to hit Djoos, so fast that he’s just a blur.
Flattened. (The guy in green is not amused by their antics.)
A bald, two red heads, and three blondes in a sea of brunettes.
The Captain is amused by Travis Boyd’s goal after Hartford’s goalie turned it over behind the net.
His mind is also blown by Djoos’ beautiful backhand goal.
Liam on the prowl in front of the net.
Barber fights for a puck against former Bear Chris Brown.
I wonder if the linesman can feel them staring him down.
Circle it around Paul.
Riley Barber scores in the empty net and seals the win for the Bears.
Ah, the signature post-goal Barber stone face. How we’ve missed thee. The other two in the back seem to enjoy it though.
Da Bears.
Backwards hat. Super trendy, super cool.
Sealed with a Travis Boyd handshake.
Hug me, brotha!
Pals.
