After having the week leading up to Christmas off, the Hershey Bears returned to the ice on Monday defeating the Lehigh Valley Phantoms in Allentown. Then, it was a Wednesday matchup against the Syracuse Crunch that ended in an OT loss followed by back-to-back home games Friday and Saturday against the Bridgeport Sound Tigers and Providence Bruins.
