Following a big overtime win last night over the Sabres, the Caps returned to the ice with some great news. As if things couldn’t have gotten any better in Caps Nation after snapping a three-game skid, Trotz placed T.J. Oshie on the second line. Could this mean he makes his much-anticipated return tomorrow night vs. the Bruins? We shall see.

Last night the Capitals got a 3-2 overtime win over the Sabres which snapped a three-game losing streak. After looking lost in the first two periods, the Capitals responded in the third. Marcus Johansson tied it late in the third and sent a slapshot home in overtime to send the fans home happy.
Practice Lines
For those who are wondering how the uniforms in practice work, the top six forwards are in red, the bottom six are in white while the defensemen are wearing blue. There was an interesting shift in the lines today. T.J. Oshie was in red while Andre Burakovsky was in white.

Another potential sign that Oshie could be in the lineup tomorrow is that the Caps reassigned Paul Carey to Hershey. Here’s another sign:
Oshie back on top power play. Williams on second unit. Vrana still there, too.
