Capitals Announce First Star Wars Day

The Capitals announced on Tuesday that the team will be holding its first Start Wars Day promotion later this week. 

You can join the Caps on December 11th for the team’s first Star Wars™ Day at Verizon Center when the Caps host the Vancouver Canucks.

Fans will have the opportunity to interact with various Star Wars™ characters, watch an intermission jedi fight and take photos with Star Wars™ themed Slapshot and Red Rockers. Tickets may be purchased here:

The Canucks also received an early visit from the Star Wars family on Monday in Vancouver:
