Oddsmakers Set Over/Under on Points Totals for This Season


Las Vegas oddsmakers have set the over/under for points totals for each of the NHL teams for the 2016-2017 season, with the exception of the Dallas Stars, who are “off the board” until more information is known about the severity of the injury to Tyler Seguin. 

As reported by The Score, via data provided by Bovada, The Washington Capitals over/under has been set at 107 1/2 points, tops in the league.

For those not as well versed in the ways of sports gambling, essentially a bet on whether the outcome of an event (or season) will be above or below a number established in advance by the bookmaker.
