Holtby on Giving Up a Goal to Carlson: “He Will Never Let Me Live That Down”

It was media day today at the World Cup of Hockey in Toronto, Canada, and Braden Holtby was one of the representatives from Team Canada that met with the media.

Not too surprising, one of the first questions Braden would face, would be regarding his giving up a goal to Capitals team-mate John Carlson, in the last USA-Canada game on Saturday. As expected, Braden handled it with class and a sense of humor.

Looking back at the goal, Carlson appeared to give it his best “Wooo!” and fist pump, all in good fun, of course.
