Team Russia has settled-in behind enemy lines, arriving in Pittsburgh on Sunday. The team will play it’s final tune-up game Wednesday night against Team Canada. Puck-drop is 7:30 PM on ESPN2.

The team held a practice skate and worked out on Tuesday at the Pittsburgh Penguins facility in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. Alex Ovechkin told CSN’s Tarik El-Bashir  “Yeah, it’s kind of weird,” Ovechkin cracked. “The guys joke around.” “I think Sid is sitting here,” he added, gesturing toward an empty locker between his stall and Evgeni Malkin’s. “They put me here next to his stall, so it’s kind of weird.” Some photos from the Russian camp:

The Russian troika made their way over to Penguin’s Evgeni Malkin’s home for dinner and poker on Monday night, and were kind enough to share a photo of the gathering. (It looks like Malkin is cleaning up in the poker game).
