An update on offers extended to Restricted Free Agents: Michael Latta, Dmitry Orlov, Marcus Johansson and Tom Wilson, and quick takes from the media conference call with Lars Eller.
Qualifying offers extended:
Isabelle Khurshudyan of the Washington Post spent part of Monday morning trying to track down the status of offers made to Capitals current Restricted Free Agents (RFA’s). All but Latta have been confirmed.
Dmitry Orlov has also received his qualifying offer. Again, not surprising.

There has been no confirmation of an offer extended to Michael Latta. If the Capitals do not extend an offer by the deadline, Latta would become an Unrestricted Free Agent.
