Capitals Rookie Tournament Announced for Miami

The Washington Capitals will once again participate in a rookie tournament this fall in Florida. This years tournament will be hosted by the Florida Panthers, in Coral Springs, Florida.

The Tampa Bay Lightening and Nashville Predators will also take part in the rookie tournament (the same teams as last year). Last year the rookie tournament was hosted by the Tampa Bay Lightning. All of the 2016 games will be played at the Panthers Ice Den in Coral Springs, Florida. The Schedule for the tournament was announced on Friday:

All games will be open and free to the general public. Rosters for the rookie tournament will likely be announced in August.
