Bears Beat Pens 3-2 in Overtime of Game 7 !

The Hershey Bears beat the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in Game 7 Sunday night in Hershey. Travis Boyd would hit the game winner in overtime. For the first time since 2010, the Bears move on to the Eastern Conference Finals. 

The Bears Dustin Gazley notched the game’s first goal just 1:33 into the game.

The Penguins would tie the game at 1-1 on a dirty goal in front of the net with 12:45 left in the first period.

Carter Camper gave the Bears a 2-1 lead late in the second period on an unbelievable move towards the net, that included several sweet dekes.

Wilkes-Barre/Scranton would tie the game with 16:07 left in the third period. After hitting the post twice, Kael Mouillierat tapped it in to tie things up for the Pens.

The game would be tied 2-2 at the end of regulation. Travis Boyd would notch the game winner in overtime for the Bears, sending Hershey to the Eastern Conference Finals.

Games 1 and 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals will be at GIANT Center in Hershey this Friday and Saturday against either Toronto or Albany.
