Evgeny Kuznetsov‘s slap pass to Jason Chimera last night was simply sensational, and a great example of Kuzy’s vision for the game.  To recap:

.

You can see Chimera’s exuberance at the very end of this vine clip:

Jason Chimera said of Kuzy last night, “This is a scratch on the surface of what he can be. He’s an unbelievable talent. He kind of took off at maybe the three-quarter poll last year. He started playing really good hockey and then he kept it going in the playoffs. He’s kind of skyrocketed this year..I think he’s going to keep getting better.”

T.J. Oshie noted last night, “Kuzy’s just been doing a great job scoring goals when we haven’t been as crisp as we want.”…“Kuzy’s doing a great job of setting guys up on his unit.” [talking about setting them up to score on the PP]

Braden Holtby addedIt’s not a fluke. He’s played consistently for us all year. He’s going to be in the that top 10.”
