News and Notes from Capitals Saturday Morning Skate (09-19-15)
Saturday marked day two of on-ice work for the Capitals. Although it’s very early in the planning process, a couple of questions may have been already answered, with regards to preliminary 3-on-3 strategies and the plans for the 3rd line.
