The 6′-0″, 17 year-old Defenseman from Galve, Sweden is a free agent invitee to this years development camp.

Carlsson recorded 14 points (8g, 6a) in nine games with the Brynas under-18 team (Sweden-Jr. U18) and 18 points (6g, 12a) in 42 games with the Brynas junior team (Sweden-Jr.) in 2014-15. The 6’0”, 180-pound defenseman also appeared in 16 games the with Brynas senior team (Sweden).
